Cost of treatment varies widely according to the services needed. Contributing factors in determining the fee include appliances being used, anticipated difficulty, and expected length of treatment. We don’t want financial concerns to be a barrier to receiving great orthodontic care. We strive to meet everyone’s needs and offer several payment options:

A. The Orthodontists Fee Plan by Capitol One Healthcare Finance

NO DOWN PAYMENT, outside financing with fixed rates as low as 5/9% APR. There are no fees to apply and no prepayment penalties.

B. Payment in Full

We offer a bookkeeping courtesy of 7% off the fee for payment in full by cash or check at the start of treatment. (A 4% discount is offered for payment by credit card).

C. Office Payment Plan

A down payment of 25% of the fee is due at the start appointment. The balance is paid in monthly installments. We do not charge interest, but late fees will be assessed if payments are not made as agreed upon.

• We accept assignment of insurance and are happy to file all necessary claims and paperwork as a service to you.
• We accept all major credit cards and can arrange for your scheduled payments to be billed to your card each month.
• Many people now have the benefit of Medical Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts through their employers. We are familiar with working with these and can offer some flexibility with payment schedules if necessary and can also provide whatever documentation is needed for your reimbursement.
