Payment Options

We offer affordable and flexible payment plans at 0% financing.  FSAs, HSAs and all insurances accepted.

We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  Orthodontic treatment is an outstanding investment in the overall health and psychological well-being of children and adults. The cost of treatment will vary, depending on the severity of the problem. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs. NOTE: Potential tax advantage: the IRS allows you to deduct orthodontic treatment as a medical expense. The entire treatment fee can be deducted in the year that treatment begins, even though payments are spread over several years.  Please consult your tax adviser for details.  **Family discounts are given to each additional family member that starts treatment.

Payment Options:

1) Monthly Payment Plan (Interest-Free!)

We offer 0% and 10% down-payment options that can be broken up into monthly installments.  There is NO interest with this payment option.  For your convenience, we can set up auto-draft via credit or debit cards.

2) Payment in Full

By paying in full at the start of treatment,  there are no coupon books or monthly statements.  As a result, we are able to pass along a generous, 5% bookkeeping discount if paid by cash or check.  If you prefer, you may use a credit card instead and receive a 3% discount.

3) Care Credit (No Down Payment Option)

This plan involves a third-party financier and is not affiliated with Monadnock Orthodontics. Care Credit is a flexible payment plan that offers a wide range of payment options designed to meet your individual needs and financial circumstances. Below are some highlights of the plan: 

  • Interest Free for up to 6 months
  • Low monthly payments, can be made over as long as 60 months (w/applicable interest)
  • No prepayment penalty
  • Easy application process that is fast & confidential, and there are no application fees

hsa & FSA Payments:

We gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) as payment options. These tax-advantaged accounts can be used to cover eligible orthodontic expenses, including braces and Invisalign treatment. If you have questions about using your HSA or FSA, our team is happy to help guide you through the process and provide any documentation your provider may need.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

We love treating families at Monadnock Orthodontics—and we believe quality care should be affordable for everyone. That’s why we offer special family discounts when multiple members of your household begin orthodontic treatment with us. Whether it’s siblings starting braces together or parents and kids going through treatment at the same time, we’re happy to make orthodontic care more accessible with savings for your whole family.
